BSLBATT Lithium is the battery distributor of choice for the high quality brand of lift trucks (Class I, II, and III forklift types),  -  all makes and models. We has been replacing lithium forklift battery as a replacement battery for lead acid over 9 years till now.


Hi, guys, this is Bebinca from BSLBATT battery in China. I am so happy &It is my honor to introduce our forklift lithium battery to you, and we has been replacing lithium forklift battery as a replacement battery for lead acid over 9 years till now.


Okay. This video will be divided into 3 parts for your better understanding: 

The 1st part: Bebinca will analyze the main purpose of our GPRS 

Here you can see that we place the sensor outside to make the signal stronger. You need to open the cover and find the black box. Firstly it’s better & necessary to unplug all wiring harnesses to ensure safety. We also will share a PowerPoint that could guide you how to install the SIM card step by step. 


So when you have received your own battery, we will give the account for you only, as well as the password. And then you can visit the link: http://gps.bms16.com/ for checking the battery status. But before that, you need to buy a SIM card locally and install into our batteries.

The 2nd part: Bebinca will show you the port for discharging & charging process

Battery Discharge port, normally it will have 2 connectors like Anderson and Rema.


If your forklift are using Anderson plug, we will match Anderson port correspondingly; If your truck are using Rema connector with female plug then we’ll match the opposite side: male plug. After connecting both, it could support your daily operating. 


Battery Charge port, normally we’ll design Rema connector with male plug for the battery, then the charger will be designed female: one female, one male, then connect them.


Now you can start to charge the battery after you connecting the charger with your local Electricity. 


Here on the side of the charger with a Master switch, turn on the button. Start button, Pause button. Here is a dispaly showing the charging status. Output voltage is 80V, the charging current 200Amper. In the meanwhile we have 2 languages version like English&Chinese, Spanish is also upcoming soon.

The 3rd part: What display of the battery that could provide the battery details?

For our battery we will equip with a smart display with about 1.2m wire for installing on the front of the driver for checking & controlling. Power light means with power right now.


● Running light.


● Communication light.


● Charge * Discharge time record


● Here is the discharge current 200 ampers now


● SOC are reaching to 88% currently.


● Also the time is showing 10pm


● Here are each forklift battery cells voltage (return), here are the temperature for each cells.


● Heater(T)


● Electrocode(T)


If there is any issue like over discharge, over temperature etc the buzzer will alarm for reminding. The buzzer will turn into red light. Here is the start button for the driver for controlling the whole battery system.So, this is our brief introduction for battery.
